HST’s Responsibility To You

As the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak continues to develop, HS Tech Group would like to express our concern for all those who have been affected. Our employees, customers, and partners are our priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of each.

HST is closely monitoring the situation as it continues to unfold and fully support and stand behind all precautions being taken to prevent any further spread of the virus.

We value the health and safety of not only you, but your families. In response to this public health emergency, we have started taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of all those we come in contact with, including reduced travel and limited face-to-face service appointments. It is our goal to proceed with business uninterrupted during this time and we want you to know that we will continue to be available for you via phone, email, online, video chat and in person, when permitted.

In the event that you need any additional guidance for yourself, your family, or your business, please find below some useful resources:

We thank you for working with us as we navigate this situation together.  When calling HST for a service appointment, we will be asking several questions prior to scheduling an onsite visit to determine if there is a potential risk.  If HST determines that there is a potential risk, we will be deferring any service until the risks have been mitigated. We will do our best to remotely support you by phone or via video chat or other remote support technologies that we have available to us.

Our technicians have been instructed on maintaining a social distance of six (6) feet whenever reasonably possible and will be carrying protective gloves and masks.

We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our policies and procedures as necessary, with the constant goal of keeping people safe. This is a new and uncertain situation for all of us, and your understanding and cooperation with our efforts is sincerely appreciated.

Yours for greater safety,

Stuart Forchheimer

President
