I had an alarm in my previous home with another company (won’t mention any names but starts with an A, ends with a T). Where the equipment itself was fine, the customer service was tough to deal with. Trying to reach someone over the phone was always a half-hour adventure, and I was bounced from person to person. Also, when I signed up with them, my monthly rate was around $40, and it seemed to go up every year. Not happy about that… When I moved into my new house, an alarm was the last thing to do on my list, considering my last experience.

Since there was an HS Tech Group alarm system already in there, I decided to give them a chance and hear what they had to say. I am so very happy I did!!! The representative came over and explained some of the upgrades we could use with no pressure. All of our upgrades have been absolutely amazing. We can use the system from our phones and look back at history to make sure the kids have arrived home safe from school. The price was very reasonable, and the times that I have called the office, I spoke with the same people each time. I have now had my newly upgraded system for about four months and am extremely happy. I would definitely recommend HST technology!

We can’t begin to say enough about the representative that visited our home last week. When Barry arrived, he quickly put some of our concerns to rest. My husband and I are not very tech-savvy but want to have more control over things we use in our home every day. One product that we have quickly grown to love is the electronic lock. Now that we have this, we can let our dog walker in using our phone to unlock the door, disarm the alarm and see exactly what time they came by.
