Compared to the grainy, pixilated images of analog cameras, the digital options offer more megapixels meaning crisper images, even when zoomed in to focus on a subject.

Video Storage

Two of the most common devices used to record and store footage are Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) and Network Video Recorders (NVRs), each with its benefits. DVRs are typically better for single-site installations where there won’t be any need for expansion, and footage will only need to be retained for a few weeks. NVRs, on the other hand, have the potential for expansion with no limit to the number of cameras they can be connected to and the greater storage capability.

Cloud-based recording is an additional option for recording footage. DVR footage can be stolen if thieves know where to look. With cloud-based recording, this footage is backed up to help preserve the video in the event of a break-in or the corruption of the recording device’s hard drive.

Project
Management

Each project is different. That’s why HS Tech Group will assign an internal team to every project. Your project’s internal team will meet and plan each phase, creating a timeline of events to keep you informed. After the initial meeting, your internal team will handle everything. We will designate a field project manager and work with our reliable subcontractors to ensure you get the results and functionality for your need. From securing permits, equipment sourcing, and allocating labor, HS Tech Group will manage your project from start to finish.

Installation

At HS Tech Group, a smooth installation is just as important as the end result. We use our 2,500 sq. ft. warehouse and staging area to bring all the parts together and prepare them before reaching the project site. From our inventory of over 3,000 parts, we can pull the pieces we need for your system and then test, configure, program, and pre-assemble them before we even leave our warehouse. Performing the more time-consuming tasks in our staging area keeps our installations running smooth and means less time on-site.

After completing the installation for every project, we develop your user orientation. This can be done in a video format, or, upon request, we can document the step-by-step operation of the equipment specific to the user’s system.

Support

Our service doesn’t stop once an installation is complete. For every installation, HS Tech Group offers an Extended Support Plan to meet each client’s needs and budget. Our remote phone and server support allows HS Tech Group to perform routine maintenance or make adjustments without interrupting your systems.

In cases where labor or material support is needed, our clients can rest assured knowing HS Tech Group has stocked replacement parts in our warehouse. Our team will be available at your site the same day or the next business day by noon at the latest to make the necessary repairs to your system.
