To elevate access and visitor management, HS Tech Group integrated the ButterflyMX cloud-based platform, offering residents a seamless and intuitive way to manage guest access while enhancing overall building operations.

Music is thoughtfully delivered across common and amenity spaces, creating a consistent and inviting atmosphere. Outdoor pool and patio areas feature burial-grade speakers that blend discreetly into the landscape, supporting the project’s sustainability goals while preserving the natural aesthetic. Commercial-grade video displays have also been strategically implemented in both indoor and outdoor spaces to enhance resident engagement and convenience.
