Advanced video surveillance with intelligent analytics monitors activity both inside and outside the two main buildings, utilizing over 50 cameras to alert staff immediately if something unusual occurs.
To take safety to the next level, CGMC also deployed state-of-the-art gunshot detection technology, a system few facilities have in place. Strategically placed throughout the campus, over 20 sensors can detect gunfire with 99.9% accuracy, instantly alerting police while giving HS Tech Group’s monitoring station immediate access to camera feeds. This allows law enforcement to quickly assess the situation, locate a potential threat, and respond with critical, real-time information to protect everyone in the building.
All of these systems are connected through the Alarm.com platform, giving staff a single, intuitive interface to manage the entire security ecosystem. To ensure the platform’s performance and prepare for future technology upgrades, HST also upgraded CGMC’s network infrastructure, creating a strong foundation for both current and future needs.
